Journals (sold via Amazon)
All journal purchases are fulfilled through Amazon.com. Returns and refunds for journals follow Amazon's standard return policy. Please visit your Amazon account or Amazon's Help Center to initiate a return.
Original Artwork (commissioned pieces)
Because each artwork is created uniquely for the buyer, all art sales are final. If there is a concern about shipping damage or a significant error, contact support@spiritofthesky.art within seven days of receiving your piece and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Digital Products (if applicable in the future)
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
